How we make change matters.

In my years of working with political candidates, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and businesses to create social and systemic change, I have learned one vital thing: change is a process just as much as it is an outcome. 

I believe that how we make change is as important as the change itself. Meaningful, lasting change comes from the intentional alignment of our actions to our core values.
