But when asked what their values actually are, they struggle to answer.

Or they choose words from a list that sound nice but don’t actually guide their daily choices.

In this interactive workshop you’ll discover the small set of values that truly shape how you think, act, and make choices.

By the end of the session you will: 

  • Identify moments that reveal what matters most

  • Develop a shortlist of potential values

  • Narrow that list to your 3–5 core values

  • Learn how values guide decisions and priorities

  • Be ready to use your core values in your daily leadership
