Vision
A detailed vision story describes the world you are creating – the world as you believe it should be. These tools help you to craft a compelling vision story to guide your changemaking work.
Example Vision Stories
Business coach Paul Smith defines a vision story as “a picture of the future so compelling, people want to go there with you.” Unlike a vision statement, which is broad and abstract, a vision story is specific and detailed. These example vision stories can serve as inspiration for developing your own story of the world as it should be.
Action
Your Action Plan for Driving Change
Creating change begins with knowing the world you want to create and why it matters; it continues by consistently taking the next step toward making it true; and is propelled by believing in the possibility. Envision. Act. Believe.
Change is created by the cumulative impact of small, coordinated actions. These tools will help you run essential systems to create a culture of consistent, focused action over time.
